1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Urbaclean Canada website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Urbaclean Canada provides commercial cleaning services to businesses in Hamilton, Ontario and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Office cleaning
• After-hours janitorial services
• Clinic and medical facility cleaning
• Gym and fitness center sanitization
• Daycare and childcare facility cleaning
• Community space and event cleanup

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are estimates only. Final pricing will be confirmed after a free walkthrough assessment of your facility. Payment terms:

• Pricing is based on space size, cleaning frequency, and scope of work
• Month-to-month service with no long-term contracts required
• Payment due as agreed in your service contract
• All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD)

4. Service Agreement

A separate service agreement will be provided for approved clients outlining specific terms, scope of work, pricing, and scheduling. The service agreement will govern the provision of cleaning services and may include additional terms not covered in these general Terms of Service.

5. Cancellation Policy

We offer flexible service arrangements:

• No long-term contracts required
• Service can be cancelled with reasonable notice as specified in your service agreement
• Individual cleaning appointments should be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice

6. Access and Security

Clients are responsible for providing safe and appropriate access to their facilities for cleaning services. Any access codes, keys, or security information provided will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing cleaning services.

7. Liability and Insurance

General liability insurance is in progress and will be confirmed before service begins. Proof of insurance will be available upon request once active. Urbaclean Canada will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

8. Website Use

When using our website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in all forms
• Use the website only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the website
• Not copy or reproduce any content without permission
